For Horticulture Network program: (Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia Angola and South Africa); Main Activities: collection of local and improved varieties for on station and on farm evaluation, conduct trainings on fruit threes propagation orchard and nurseries management mainly with mangoes, bananas and avocado pears.

Community fruit trees nurseries construction and management, orchards establishments design small irrigation system for fruits trees and vegetables.

2000-2004 As a student of agriculture science, I was involved during attachments activities with companies such as Cheetah Mocamique limited in Nampula province where I was part of the team that in collaboration with Cheetah Malawi and Cheetah Zambia and NGO´s like World Vision, CARE, Clusa and others introduced paprika as an alternative cash crop for rural small scale farmers in the provinces of Nampula, Niassa and Zambezia.
With ZANNTEX (Horticulture) Lda I supervised the extension program in the north region of Mozambique and later represented the company operation in general in partnership with World Vision OVATA project in Zambezia province the company had 1500 farmers growing paprika rain fed and winter crop using small irrigation systems in the districts of Morrumbala in Zambezia and Mutarara in Tete, the company was operating in Zambezia, Niassa, Nampula with a vast extension team of NGO-s, community based organizations and farmers associations and cooperatives.
